It is always a challenge for architects to design a large building, which Petynka undoubtedly is. Our aim was to create a confident house with all the attributes of modern living. A house that first and foremost respects its surroundings, whether it is the urban structure of the nearby buildings, transport links, roads and sidewalks, or the swimming pool Petynka in its immediate vicinity.

The facades with balconies and loggias provide light and spatial comfort to the inhabitants of the house, wihle remaining simple and without any unnecessary pomp and gestures. The rhythm of the facade and a connection of two floors by white elements composition create a visually more favourable scale of the building. A simple operational concept with three stairway sections ensures a natural spatial orientation of the inhabitants. The apartments are designed rationally and make the most of the potential of each area. The ground floor retail parterre complemented by a tree line and a passage connecting the street to the swimming pool area are a bonus to an already pleasant urban living. The whole project culminates in a natural way - with spacious maisonettes with terraces on the eighth and ninth floors.
