Triple glazed windows
Windows with triple glazing ensure improved insulation, which ultimately leads to energy savings, increased living comfort and better sound absorption.
Outdoor window blinds
Preparations in a form of already installed racks and power supply on all windows. In the apartments on 8th and 9th floor and in the 4 + KK apartments on 7th floor, electrically operated window blinds are already installed.
Data and TV outlets
There is 1 TV outlet in every room and you will find 1 data outlet in the living room. For your maximum comfort, there is a data outlet in every room of the 3 + KK and 4 + KK apartments.
Hot-water underfloor heating
Hot-water underfloor heating ensures even heating of rooms without any cold corners, healthier air without swirling dust and a clean, modern look of the interior. Alternatively, heating elements or heating benches can be used in front of French windows.
Vinyl and wooden floors
Rooms in apartments situated on 2nd to 7th floor are equipped with vinyl floors, while on 8th and 9th floor, the apartments are equipped with multilayer wooden floors.
Heating towel rail
A heating towel rail with an electric cartridge heater and an underfloor heating provide a pleasant atmosphere in the bathroom.
Battery
Chrome lever batteries are used for sinks and washbasins, a wall-mounted battery including a hand shower for the bath and a wall-mounted battery including a hand shower and a set for the shower corner.
Ceramic tiles
The bathroom is equipped with rectified tiles in natural colours. The edges of these tiles are cut so that they can be laid with minimal joints to achieve a modern look.
Equipment
Bathrooms are equipped with enamel bath or shower corner with canal or tub. Sinks and washbasins are white and ceramic. Same as the wall-mounted toilet with a rear waste.
Large format tiles
Large format rectified tiles with minimal joints are laid to the lower ceiling height in bathrooms and seperate toilets.
